  • Lemon Cilantro Mahi Mahi w/ Aparagus

Marinade for two pieces of 3.5 oz fish:
    1/2 juice of a lemon
    1 Tbs cilantro, chopped
    1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp of Bragg’s liquid amino (or 1 tsp lite soy sauce)

    Asparagus:

I used crushed garlic, lemon juice and salt to coat the asparagus before broiling.

Set the oven to broil at 500 degrees and let the fish marinade for about 15 minutes.

I used a cookie sheet lined with foil and placed a cooling rack over it.Then placed the marinated fish in the center with the asparagus spread out single layered on both sides of the fish. Broil in oven for about15-20 minutes, remove fish and continue to broil the asparagus for about another 5 more minutes or until toasty and a little brown.

Wow! Those fish recipes look great! What is Bragg’s? Can I use anything to substitute for it?

Braggs Aminos are different from the apple cider. VERY different. Any grocery store with a healthier choice or greenwise dept will have it.

has anyone tried the pellets? what results did you get from them. and is there a special for returned customers?

I’ve been on the pellets and I LOVE THEM – I have 20 lbs to go – it’s no mess, wondering if you took more drops than you were supposed too, the pellets are little, just take 4 – 3 times a day – that’s it! Everything else is the same..

The fish recipe is really good, but I substituted broccoli for the asparagus. I’m hoping this doesn’t have a negative effect on me – but I just can’t eat asparagus.

I would like to know this answer as well. I take a # of different supplements,
don’t want to mess up the chemical process along the way.
        Help, I’m just beginning.
