If your order was paid through a credit card, The name appearing on your statement will be “Speedy Health Supplements”.
In stock items are shipped within 2 business days, Small orders are shipped by USPS. Larger, heavy orders are shipped by FedEx Home Delivery. Please allow 5 to 15 days for delivery. Out of stock items will be shipped when inventory is available unless we receive a cancellation 24 hours prior to us shipping your order.
Standard orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service using the e-delivery confirmation service. It is important to note that the customer assumes all responsibility for the package once it is scanned as”delivered” by the United States Postal Service. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or theft of a package after it has been scanned “delivered” by the USPS.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Products that are stated on the website to have a “30 Day Money Back Guarantee” may be returned if you are not 100% satisfied. Shipping costs, including return shipping is not refundable. You must contact Customer Support by calling 586-580-7004 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then be issued a Return Merchandise Authourization(RMA) along with instructions for the return. Once received, a refund , exchange or store credit will be issued, based on your preference. The 30Day Guarantee commences upon notification of product shipment sent to you.
Standard Product Return Policy Information
PRODUCTS THAT ARE OPENED ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do accept Returns for unopened Products in resellable condition. Please be advised you are welcome to buy as many products as you wish but understand we will ONLY REFUND unopened products.
We do not accept returns and/or exchanges based on the smell and/or tastes of products. This should not be a deciding factor when consuming health supplements. If you cannot get yourself to take a product you have already opened and used, please find someone who can benefit from it and pass the product(s) along to them.
We do not accept returns and/or exchanges if you experience an allergic reaction with products we sell on our web site. Most of our product pages list each ingredient along with the amounts contained in each dosage. It is your responsibility to printout the product specifications so that you may present them to your medical doctor for advice, warnings, guidance and dosage amounts dependent on your individual needs.
We do not employ anyone on staff qualified to give out medical advice and therefore are not responsible for unexpected reactions brought upon the consumption of any and all products we sell.
We do not match any company’s guarantees and/or warranties that they advertise on Television, Radio, Magazines, Newspapers, Mailings, etc. Our return policy overrides any and all policies set forth by other companies even if they are the manufacturer and/or supplier of the products(s). Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.
Although there is free shipping on some orders, the actual shipping charges which have incurred will be deducted from the original purchase before refunds/credits issued. Shipping charges are NOT refundable! Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed the actual cost of shipping & handling. Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code must be obtained prior to shipping the package to us. This number must be written on the outside of the package in order for us to accept it. Packages missing this number will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued. Please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain your RMA number. The method of payment used will determine the method of refund. We recommend, but do not require, shipping with delivery confirmation or tracking. You are responsible to get the package to us. Please allow 1-3 weeks for a refund to be issued.
Order Cancellation Policy: We do allow you to cancel your order before it ships without occuring any additional fees.If your order was subject to preorder charging, you will be refunded 100% of the amount charged to your credit card
Auto shipment charges: Speedy Health Supplements DOES NOT offer any automatic shipments of any of our products. If you wish to receive more products, you must place a new order to receive them.
Fraudulent Chargeback Policy: If you have been overcharged by Speedy Health Supplements for any reason, please call us at 586-580-7004 first, before calling your bank so that we may issue the refund from our end. Chargebacks from the bank do costs us around $25.00 each, by contacting us first, we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction and therefore you help us to keep the prices we charge down for everyone.
Free Shipping Special Offer: Speedy Health Supplements is currently offering free shipping on all orders over $99.00 shipped within the United States only. International orders will be charged actual shipping charges to their credit card. Due to special arrangements made through some manufactures, some products are drop shipped directly from the manufacture and are not eligible for the free shipping offer. Any products that Speedyhealhsupplements.com ships directly from our warehouse are available for the free shipping offer.
