hCG Seafood Gumbo – Phase 2 Recipe

hCG Seafood Gumbo
3.52 oz. (100 grams) of seafood
1 tablespoon chicken broth
2 clove garlic, minced
½ can diced tomatoes (make sure it’s low sugar content)
¼ teaspoon onion salt
¼ teaspoon Creole lite seasoning
¼ teaspoon celery salt
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Sauté the garlic and seafood in chicken broth.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 15 minutes.  Serve in shallow bowl.
