hCG Chinese Stir-Fry – Phase 2

hCG Chinese Stir-Fry

3.52 oz. (100 grams) cubed chicken or steak or shrimp
5 tablespoons chicken broth (or beef broth if you are using steak)
¼ head cabbage, shredded
¼ teaspoon onion salt
¼ teaspoon Chinese 5-Spice
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ packet of Stevia
Sauté garlic in 3 tablespoons of broth. Add meat of choice.  Cook until meat is done.  In separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of broth with onion salt, Chinese 5-spice and stevia.  Add cabbage to meat in pan. Pour in broth/spice mixture and stir until cabbage wilts slightly.  Serve immediately.
