hCG Boneless Buffalo Chicken – Phase 2 Recipe

hCG Boneless Buffalo Chicken

3.52 oz. (100grams) chicken breast tenders
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder (adjust as needed)

Place chicken tenders in a Ziploc bag.  Add vinegar, water and cayenne pepper.  Seal the bag and shake vigorously.  Refrigerate for 2 hours or more.  Remove chicken tenders from bag and place on baking sheet.  Preheat oven to 350°.  Sprinkle chili powder on chicken tenders, then flip them over and sprinkle again on the backside. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.  Serve with hot sauce.

Recipe Note:  This meal goes well with chopped celery, just like you get at restaurants!
