From the examples I have seen, cheating can make you feel sick and it normally takes 3 days before you see weight dropping off again. This will lower your overall weight loss while on the HCG diet. If you feel you have to cheat, it would have a lesser impact if you just ate more protein instead.
I lost 20 pounds in 13 days and felt like I could go to the movies only I had the butter on my popcorn. Then I had dinner food not on diet and it took me three days to get back to 20 pounds before I started to lose weight again. I am shocked at how much money I have saved while on the diet. After the purchase of the drops I purchased my food for the first week and spent forty dollars. That was eighty dollars for food for the first week. The second week I spent only forty. The third week I spent fifty because I decided to treat myself to fillet Mignon something I seldom do. However this was two meals at twenty dollars a pound I seldom buy it. However on the diet I purchased a half pound and cut it in half two meals. Man was it good. A friend of mind treated himself to King Crab. Again because of being on the diet he could have a treat and it cost him less than normal because of being on the diet. This diet saves you money because you eat less. What a concept usually a diet cost you more because of having to buy a lot of special food. Not this one.
yes, out family has saved a lot of money from not visiting fast food and restaurants. In my mind I have no problem spending $40.00 at a restaurant but I can’t get my self to spend $20.00 on king crab or Porterhouse steaks for the family. And the funny thing is that a 2 pound bags of king crab for $20.00 is really 4 meals on the diet. You will be amazed at how much cash is left in your wallet at the end of the week. You have been working hard on this diet, so why not treat yourself to a good cut of steak or seafood. It is rewarding.
Hey! I was going to go on to phase 3 with a “cheat day” with some pizza!! What do you think? Can I risk it?
If you wait until after three week. The first three weeks after the diet you are to avoid starch and sugar. After that you can introduce them slowly provide you watch the scale to make sure you do not gain weight rapidly. Your body need to reset it weight point. Love this diet I am keeping my weight off after losing 63 pounds. I am going to start another round in the fall to lose another 20 pounds. It can be done hang in there.
i lost 10 pounds on the 11 day , but im no losing more one pound up and one dowm no going forward , what can i do, im doing the rigth diet, i will lose weigth !!!
What are you eating. If you follow the diet you will lose weight. Sometimes the fat cells hold water and you will not lose for a couple of days but after that you should see a drop and continue to lose if you are following the diet closely. Check to see if you are not getting fat or sugar in something you are eating.

Hey guys! I’m back for round 2!!! I’m starting again because I have more weight to lose. This time I’m doing the HCG diet without my husband as my partner. He says he will eat what I eat but maybe a little more and not use the drops. Has anyone ever done this diet without doing the gorge days?
This is day two of my 500 cal. I have been sick so its been tough, but I have never drank so much water and tea with lemon in my life! always had to go to the bathroom! stomach grouls a lot but okay…I never usually weigh my self daily, I was going to wait until next week but I had to check it out and I lost 4 lbs! the first day, plus yesterday I got my period.
You really should weigh yourself everyday because on HCG you will know right away if you gained more than 2 lbs. since your last HCG dose. If so then you have to go without eating breakfast and lunch drinking only water and then eat a steak and tomatoe. You’re going to stall if you don’t.
This is day 9 for me and I have lost 11 pounds. I feel so much better more energy thn I have had in quite a while. I am ordering the b12 today and wonder what other vitamin supplement I may need.Help Please

No you can, you can’t start during they said. I asked a lot of questions before I started this. Trust me.

I am glad to hear that it is working for you, it is not normal to lose during the first two days of the hcg diet. Did you complete the two load or gorge days? Most people gain a pound or two during them and lose 2 to 5 on the 3rd day is what I normally see.
Proper hcg protocol would be to take the drops and complete the two load days and in the thrid day take the drops and start the 500 calorie phase 2 of the diet.
According to the hcg protocol, you would complete the two load days, it normally takes up to 72 hours for the drops to get fully into your body. That is also the reason why when you quit the drops you still need to complete phase 2 for 72 more hours in order to make sure that all the hcg has exited your body, you will know this because you will start to be hungry again once the hcg is gone.
My friend and I are doing hcg together we are on day 11 phase II. We have both stalled out. For the last 5 days I have bounced with 1 lb up and down. Each day I have been more and More conceincous about following the diet to the letter. Making sure I have all my water and paying attention to the timing on taking the drops. I have lost 8 lbs and my friend has lost 9 lbs. She too, has been following the diet to the letter. Any suggestions on how we can get going again?
Well I wish all of you luck, I failed this one. Too many temptations, gave in way to much did good at first lost 11 lbs in a week, went off and gained 5.4 back started to be good again and then another temptation, holiday came up. My daughter is going to do it now, I wish her the best of luck! As for me, well don’t know if I will try again. Got sores in my mouth, itcy a lot!!! don’t know if from that but now my sores in my mouth is going away!
It is strange that both have stalled out on the diet, usually means that you may be eating something wrong, do you both cook the same meals together? Do not eat out at restaurants because you don’t know what they put into your food, you need to be in control of your diet. If you are stalled out for more than six days, it would be OK to increase your drops to 13, 3 times daily and see what happens. Also there are tips in the HCG weight loss cure book to restart the weight loss including an apple day.
The best time to do the diet is when you have three weeks with no parties planned. You will gain pounds if you cheat on the diet. It normally takes 2 to 3 days for weight loss to start again so cheating is not worth it. If you can’t resist the party food, to lower the effects of the weight gain, I would take card and fat blockers before eating. Try Cheaters Relief by BSN.
Are there any substitutions for the bread sticks/melba toast when you have wheat allergies? I also have severe allergies to apples – any thing to switch out with? Thanks – I’m just going to be starting
You don’t have to eat the breadsticks. I don’t. The book says that they are for psychological additions not nutritional. As far as the apple, eat strawberries which are in peak season right now. They are sweet and yummy! I’d try to stay away from oranges though as they can cause you to stall! Grapefruit is another alterative.
I would look for something that is gluten free and is around 20 calories. I don’t know what that is though.
I was previously frustrated because I wasn’t seeing the scale move as rapidly asothers, however, I’ve been noticing a different benefit that I haven’t heardanyone talk about on any of the blogs I’ve been on so I thought I’d share justin case others have a similar story.
I was in a car accident in 2005 and my neck and lower back have not been rightsince. I’ve put up with not being able to turn my neck in certain ways and whenI bent down to pick anything up it was a very conscious effort to minimize thepain. When I moved I could hear the crunching sounds in my neck. On occassionmy back would be in terrible pain for days – but always some degree ofdiscomfort in both the neck and lower back area. (I’d given up on chiropractors& doctors years ago)
I’ve noticed lately that I had been bending down without a thought and waking upwith no pain in my neck and hardly any of the crunching sounds I hear when Imove my neck. I’d lived with it so long that I’d come to expect it. Not surethat HCG is the difference, however, after 5 years of living with this it doesmake me wonder. HCG is produced in pregnant women so how is it benefiting thebabies? Hmmmmm makes you wonder.
I am following everything to a T and in 18 days have only lost 12 pounds. I am so frustrated! I’ve had many days of stalling and one day of gaining back… What else can I do? Now I’ve read some stuff on another website about how these drops aren’t “real” and that the alcohol base actually kills the hCG. HELP ME!!!!
I am on day 16 (counting the two loading days), and have lost a total of 9 pounds. I am tickled beyond words, as I have tried diet after diet and never found anything that worked before this. At this rate, I will lose about 15 pounds per round, and to me that is simply amazing. I had no luck with Atkins, NutriSystems, Weight Watchers, South Beach, or anything else I ever tried. I am on cloud nine…I’ll try to remember to check in and leave another update when I finish the first round…if all goes well, and I lose at the same rate consistently (I did reach a plateau and had to do an apple day), then I will reach my target weight in only 3 rounds, and that will take only about 6 months. I can stick with this when I am seeing this kind of results!
I need a recommendation: To do 40 days or another round in 6 weeks. Please Help.
My results: Started at 154 lbs, have lost & gained – or stayed stationary – so currently at 147.6 lbs. Today is p2d19 (and NO I have not cheated even a little- very meticulous about this plan since it was going to be my one and only time doing this) I was stationary for several days and did an apple day to jump start again.
I’ve had some good results also, so please don’t think I’m down on this plan because I’ve been on many sites where just about everyone has had great results. My inch loss total has been great (in my opinion) – 12 inches total. My clothes fit better and I look better in them.
I’d just like some input on which method would work better for me: to continue for the 40 days or stop and do another round. And yes I’ve wondered about my particular bottle of drops, but when I increased my dosages to 6 times a day my hunger did subside. I have no issues with staying at or below the 500 calories (some days it’s harder to reach the 500 number – never thought I’d say that statement :-))

Started today, did two gorge days yesterday. Hungry, but just ate lunch. I actually hate shots, but like this way better because it is only once in the a.m. The only thing is when I get my period I have to stop. Tried the drops I bought from this web but got sores in my mouth. So my boss/friend Ash is helping me she mixed it for me, etc. got ready because trust me I can’t. Not so bad because it is a tiny shot just like a diabetes shot. Will keep posted my first day. I actually started the 40 day and unfortunately I cheated after 7 days and tried to get back on but ran into problems. Just keep going, the apple day was a good idea. If you need to lose more after this 40 day cycle after the 6 weeks you can do another 40 day if needed. I need to lose 80 lbs so I am definitely doing 2 40-days I failed the first try, but am not failing this time. Congrats on the inches total and not being hungry, your lucky! Also have you been drinking all your water, and using oil free products. That could have contributed to you staying stationary too… For the oil free products, I found Aveeno lotion, I found a face wash and oil free make up and make up remover, etc. you have to read labels… The oil can slow your weight loss…… I even found that liquid soap has oil. But I did find an oil free one for home, but work and everywhere else you have to wash your hands, so what can you do right?
Thanks for responding and for the suggestion. I do drink all my water daily, I have a giant mug that holds about 60 oz of water. I usually finish it in the evenings and add about a quarter of that in the evenings. Believe my I’m doing more trotting than a thoroughbred. Make-up: I’ve used minerals for a years. Lotion: purchased Corn Huskers. Not fond of the smell but it works. I went thru everything I could think of… then I realized I had put olive/coconut/almond oils in my hair (African-American woman) and then braided hoping that those very small molecular oils would not seep thru to my scalp and interfere with this protocol – I know not very wise. But I’ve since taken my hair down and shampooed until it squeaked. I’ve found a moisturizer that’s been working so far. Thanks sooo much for your suggestion to keep going – That’s what I plan to do. As of this morning I’ve lost a little over 18 inches total and the scale has started to creep down again. Happy Camper Again…

It is working for you. Losing a pound a day is average results but some do lose less some more. Where can you lose 12 pounds in 18 days. Most diets you lose 2-3 a week so if you were on one of those you would have lost 5-6 pounds. So do not give up. Stay the course you could lose 15 or more pounds in 21 days if you stay on longer you could lose more maybe you are going slow because you are getting oil in your make up or sugar in you seasonings check what you are putting on your skin, in your hair and toothpaste, mouth wash etc. Do not give up sounds like you are having good results.
I have ordered the drops but have not received them yet. I am very excited to get started. I am a little concerned because I travel for my job and I’m not sure how that will go but I am up for the challenge. Does anyone have any suggestions and personal experience as to what they do when traveling. Appreciate any suggestions.

AS far as travel, planes I don’t believe allow glass bottles and they may have to be packed in your luggage or put in a plastic bottle. they drops have to stay out of the sunlight and not expose to high heat for any period over 48 hours.

Hi. I am on phase 2 day 2. I already lost 2 lbs. and today I deep cleaned my whole house(3500 sq. ft) because I thought if I don’t do it today I might not have any energy to do it as the days go by on this program. I’m hungry at 2:00. Had lunch at 12:00. Just drinking coffee and tea until dinner. I hope I lost more because of all the work I did but I don’t want to exhaust myself. Excited and so far I don’t want to cheat.
Also I want to add I got the HCG application for my iphone. It is very helpful and it is keeping me on track. It is $12.99 but very helpful and has the pound and inches book by Dr. Simeons for you to read.
Well I failed again, second try…I was doing good down 13 lbs in 18 days then went out and drank went off then tried to get back on and tried, got sick couldn’t craved carb/sugar. Gained all back within 2 weeks, really sucks Not doing diet again…to HARD! GOOD LUCK ALL OF YOU.

I am pretty new at this but have been on it for 10 days and have lost 12 lbs. It is not easy but it was way too easy to add the lbs so I guess it is justice. You have to be very focused and follow the protocol but if you do that it works well. I haven’t been hungry since I started. I was hoping for 2 lbs a day but only have 20 lbs to lose so maybe that has something to do with it. I think I have followed the protocol but I am happy with my progress.
Ok so before I started this, I read all sorts if testimonials stating they were not hungry at all during this diet. it even says it on this website that u wont be hungry. maybe its just me but I am hungry. I’m craving sugar all the time. This by far has been the hardest diet for me. I’m not gonna sugar coat it for all of those whose wondering about this diet, its not easy but its definately worth it. Ive lost 6 lbs in 4 days and I feel great about myself for sticking to it. Yeah I get cravings like no other but its a mind thing nd so I just picture my future body and its not worth cheating. So if ur looking for a quick diet that actually works this is it, but Do NOT expect it to be easy…stay strong nd good luck
In response to hunger problems, what occurs in some people is that they load up on sugars during the load days, this will make the first week difficult and leave you feeling hungry. On load days you should eat mainly the fatty foods and little of the the sugar foods. Phase 1 if followed helps people to get off on sugar before they start phase 2.
Another thing that is OK to do during the first week of phase two if you are felling hungry, take an extra dose of the homeopathic hCG In a lot of cases, the hungry will go away in 10 to 15 minutes time. you can take up to 5 doses a day.
Another thing that will you you feeling hungry is doing a workout. a little exercise is ok, but working out will need more calories to give you enough fuel for the day. So we do not recommend workouts during this 3 week phase.
Another reason for hungry can be do to poor digestion, it simply make take a little more food to get what most people get out of the 500 calories needed daily. This is especially true with people who normally eat a lot of gluten containing products, gluten leads to poor digestion with most people. HCL con be taken with your food while on the diet to help in this area. Some people may need to increase their protein in take by 100 calories a day.

I just want to say that I am on D6P2 of this diet. I was going to a casino for my husbands birthday and really scared I would mess up. I took a cooler of food with me in case I was somewhere that didn’t have what I needed to eat. We stopped at a grocery store on the way for my husband to eat lunch, they had a salad bar so I took the lettuce, and cut up grilled chicken, got a lemon from the beverage area. Lemons are there for the Ice tea,and used that and salt and pepper for my salad. Also grabbed a apple and had taken the melba toast with me.Then dinner time at the casino. We went to the buffet, I had tiny shrimp and spinach, I put lemon, pepper, salt and garlic on it. They had a fruit mix and thank god they had cut up oranges in it, and I took in my melba toast. Alot of money for such little food but my husband got to eat like a king and I didn’t feel bad that I couldnt eat what he was cuz I knew, hopefully the outcome would be that I could loose another Lb. Then to celebrate we drank. This I thought might kill me but I had a vodka with water, had them squeeze a lemon into it, and I added sweet n low. I had 3 of them. Then for lunch on the way home we stopped off at a burger joint. I had a grilled chicken breast burger and asked for extra tomatoes on it and to not put any sauce on it. When it came I took the breast out of the bun, cut the breast in half, put the tomatoes on top, salt and pepper, and it was good. expensive again but I knew what I needed to do. I also took in my melba toast and when we got in the car I ate my an apple that i had packed in my cooler. Now, I weighed myself this morning missing one day of my weigh in and not knowing if I messed up cuz of the vodka and I still lost 2 lbs!!! Im so happy because I know I have the strength to go out to eat and eat what I need to and know what the outcome of this diet will lead me to. Don’t give up, go out to eat with your friends, just ignore thier stares and tell them this is what YOU need to do for YOU!!

I’m still hanging in and very pleased with my results so far. I’ve lost 18″. Someone ask me if when you do an apple day, do you take the drops. D9P2 Lost 9 lbs. so far. I Went to a friends for dinner. Her mom was cooking lumpia and all the phillipino food to be had! I took MY dinner over and ate with everyone. Alot of questions but I stuck to it. Nice to be around friends and have thier support and not try to feed me food I couldn’t have.
I to am surprised the vodka did not make you gain weight. I guess everyone is different. I have vodka once and gained weight. I recommend not cheating it is not worth the risk of gaining weight. You would lose more if you did not cheat.
I started HCG with load days the weekend of Father’s Day. I was thrilled to have a 9 pound weight loss that first week. However, after that, things slowed down significantly. I did follow the eating plan to the T, but caved in to an occasional diet coke. All in all, I lost 20 pounds in 28 days. I quit early because I had a couple of events coming up that I knew would be impossible on VLCD. I made it through the first couple of weeks on P3 with even an additional 3 pound weight loss. Welllll, plain & simple, I got sloppy and added in things I shouldn’t have been eating. Long story short, I’ve put about 10 pounds back on. I just placed an order for a 40 day supply and want to give it a go again. It’s been around 5 weeks since I stopped…so by the time I get it, there should be a 6 week interim. I guess I just wanted to know what to expect? Will the weight loss be slower this time around? Is it harder pyschologically the second time? Has anyone else regained and then gone on to be successful? I do have about 30 pounds left to lose. Thanks!

Sorry to hear you failed again. Alcohol is a killer if you drink you are not paying attention to what you eat. You have a tendency to snack when you drink. You probably had bathroom issues after you cheated not fun that another reason why not to cheat. You could have did two apple days to cleanse your system while taking the drops. It is had to only do apples for two days but that take care of the sickness and the craving for sugar. I how you do not give up. Learn from the past mistakes and start over. There is a thin person in there trying to come out. Set yourself up for success next time do not drink. You should be able to give up drinking for three to six weeks to lose the weight.
Hey, sounds great my husband and I are on our 2nd round, he lost 70lbs first round, I lost 20lbs, we love this diet and it has brought us even closer together.
I am on my 2nd round 12th day and at a lose of 10 pounds, I have actually done better this go around, maybe because I knew what to expect and I also didn’t have all those cravings to go through, so relax enjoy and get that weight off.
I am on my first day of Low Calorie. Not feeling too hungry. I have Strep Throat, though so I feel like crap. I feel weak. On an antibiotic so hopefully tomorrow I will be feeling better. I am not stopping the diet.
Eating only 500 calories a day is incredibly difficult. I’m taking the drops and supplements, but I still feel hungry to the point of nausea. I’m not sure how long I’m going to be able to stay on this plan. My body needs more calories!
Today is day 4 on the diet. In the 2 day gorge I gained 3.5lbs!!!! The 1st day of the VLCD I lost it, Im very excited!!! Hope I continue to loose
Today is day 8, ive lost 10lbs! The scale keeps me very encouraged… I’m not hungry at all though. Is this normal? Ive been making myself eat lunch, so I stick to protocol.

Do NOT be discouraged! I lost 20 lbs. in 35 days…not the lb. a day a lot of people lose, but this equals 2-3 sizes DOWN! You are doing great!
I was hungry also for the first week. After that I was usually only hungry when it was time to eat. My friend didn’t reach the non hunger point for 10 days…so don’t be discouraged. It will happen…

in some cases, some people have more digestions, not enough stomach acid to get the full nutrients fro the food eaten, you can either supplements with enzymes or slighty increase the amount of meat and vegetables you are eating while on the diet. Also, if you are doing to much excersize, you made need to slow it down or eat a little more protein. excersize can make it more difficult while on the diet and is not recommended, only walking and lite activities should be done.
Has anyone had a problem with blood pressure dropping on this plan? I’ve had to discontinue all my blood pressure meds and still my pressure drops to 98 over 60 most mornings. I don’t feel very good when it gets that low. Should I be concerned?
I’m just beginning (R1, P1, D1) but in all the literature I’ve read it says that blood pressure may drop on this protocol and if you’ve had blood pressure problems it should be monitored carefully. Be sure to read Dr. Simeon’s manuscript or Pounds & Inches where it does mention this. Taking potassium helps regulate water … ALSO, this isn’t a salt restrictive diet. Maybe adding salt to the meat or veggie will help bring pressure up to normal.
Lost 20 lbs. in weeks! Have kept it off for 10 weeks so far…yay! Have 30-40 more to lose. Will be starting another round 2nd week in Jan. with a BUNCH of peoople who want to do this with me, including my husband. Am looking forward to it! Am still loving the recipes…just adding more veggies. Yumm!
I bought the book HCG diet made simple and Im concerned. She basically says the homeopathic drops are not real. Im concerned because I dont want to starve myself. Ive lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks, including the 2 I gained on the gorge days so Ive been happy with the reults so far. I just dont want to do my body any harm and want to keep it off. Any comments?
Ok folks, I just ordered pellets and am a bit scared as I feel as though I will be hungry. I am hungry all the time now. I am not diabetic so there are no restrictions in my diet. Presently I crave cheese, pasta and sugar. Of course I do eat vegetables, luckily all the ones on the list with the exception of fennel. I an so scared I will be hungry. CAn I hear back from some of ya’ll who felt the same way but are not hungry. I am not happy when I am hungry. I am expection the product to come in by Wednesday. I am taking the HGC homeopathic drops, and today is my 10th day on the diet. I lost 11 pounds in 9 days…BUT…yesterday was Thanksgiving, and I cheated BIG TIME! Today, I weighed myself, and I had gained 5 lbs!!! What now? Is the diet ruined? I continued the diet again today, and plan on finishing it. Will I lose the weight again….or did I mess it up? I am having some issues with serving size as I do not have a scale. how can I eyeball it. a deck of cards for protein? a cup for veggies?
I am not doing as well as others , 4th day and I am only down 1lb …….
People do lose at different rates, if you have not purchased the HCG cure guide book, I recommend that you do a read it. There is a lot of tips in there and you may be doing somethings wrong. Also, if you are on medications especially thyroid, this can slow you down to a half pound a day, but don’t go off them without your doctors permission. A half pound to one and a half pounds a day are normal ranges for this diet. Men seem to lose at a higher rate than women.
I’ve on R2P2D7 and I’m only down 3.2 lbs. I’ve been very diligent about my portions, water intake, not exercising and sticking to the foods that are on protocal. My only deviation this round has been that I’ve chosen to go with the pellets. It may be that as they dissolve I’m inclined to swallow. I’ve made a conserted effort lately NOT to do that. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do. At this rate I will not reach my goal this round. Any information would be helpful…. I hope :- )
Yes it appears your weight loss is going a little slower than before, how many days has it been since you did hCG last time? It is recommended that you wait 60 days from when you ended phase 2 before you start another round. As far as the hcg pellets goes, I have done the pellets myself and they worked the same for me. I did let them dissolve under the tongue before swallowing. You can move them around under your tongue to speed them up, but they do take a few minutes. keep me posted on how the weight is coming off, you may still lose a bunch at one time. A lot of things can do with water weight, make sure you are drinking enough fluids.
this website is one of the best!!!!!!!!!!!!, i am on the pellets they are o.k. i am still losing about 4 pounds a night even if i cheat, is this o.k. i drink lots and lots of water its a must! it will flush fat and cal. right out the body.
Have you used the drops? I am considering the pellets, but hesitant because they are new. They seem to be working just fine for you! Still pleased a few days after your post?
Just starting R2P2D2. Am really excited about this round…will try to add the walking, which I didn’t do last round (it has been over 3 months since my last day from the last round so I am hoping for first round results! 😀 ) Had the flu so had to delay Round 2 starting for a week. How is everyone else doing? I have found that during the Phase 2, I do best if I don’t weigh every day. If I stick to the Protocol (it has worked for DECADES), then I will lose the weight as quickly as my body type will allow…I just know that I WILL. I usually weigh twice a week…waiting for 5 days before my first weigh in.
On my first round I averaged a 1/2 lb. per day weight loss–not as much as some, but that is OK. It IS a LOSS…and more than with any other method I have tried. I have also been able to KEEP it off. I still have 30-50 lbs. more to lose, but I am in it for the long term. I will be putting 3 months between rounds, using Weight Watchers in the meantime to use as my “way of life” eating plan.

I had to increase my drops today, day 5 of ph.2, and seems to be working better, I did cheat last night with a pieace of cheese, I have 12 lbs to loose.
Don’t cheat and you’ll reach your goal faster and keep it off
I was wondering if anyone has a free HCG progression tracker similar to the one on the iphone?? I find that when I have done diets in the past that tracking my progress has helped. Since this is such a different diet than any other diet I have tried it would be hard to track progress on a regular calorie counting website.
My friend Teresa and I started taking HCG together and each of us lose 2lbs a day. We’ve only been on it for 5 days but we’re seeing the lbs drop off of us. I have so much energy! I’m sticking to the protocol to the letter. I’m not using Stevia or eating the breadsticks. I hope to lose all 30 lbs if not more by the end of this 500 calorie phase. Wish me luck!
I am on day 4 after load days and have a total of 50 lbs to lose. I have lost 6.5 lbs so far and feel pretty good, some hunger around lunch time, but after eating lunch, the rest of the day is hunger free. Until yesterday, I was taking synthroid but have now stopped. Also stopped calcium, D3, Magnesium, claratin, prilosec, because I am concerned they will stop the loss. I am taking B12 dots and Potasium at meal time. Is there anything else I should be taking and if my alergies start to get out of control, what can I take?
